Who we are
A diverse, international team of creatives, project managers, technicians and organisational talents. Our base is mainly digital – we mostly work remotely, travel a lot and love building something together that makes a difference
What we do
From the initial idea to the final spotlight: we plan, design and realise exhibition appearances for companies that want to attract attention. Whether in Nuremberg, Barcelona or Singapore – we are there, where good ideas are needed.
Who we are looking for
People with passion, initiative and a strong sense of teamwork. Whether you excel in project management or design, technology or logistics – what counts for us is what you can do, not where you live.
We are currently looking for:
Do you think in rooms, are you passionate about design and know how to conjure up wow effects on 30 square metres? Then you’ve come to the right place.
We are looking for a creative 3D designer who not only creates beautiful images but also creates experiences. Your designs are the first thing customers see – and in the best scenario, they say, “That’s exactly what we want!”
What you bring to the table:
Experience in exhibition or interior design
Strong knowledge of tools such as Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, SketchUp or similar
A strong sense of brand, storytelling and spatial impact
You think not only in pixels, but also in practical implementation
Ideally have a portfolio that shows what makes you tick
What you will do with us:
Develop creative exhibition booth concepts from scribble to rendering
Work closely with project management and engineering
Contribute your own ideas – not just in terms of design
Help to visually summarise presentations for clients

What you do with us:
You will be the point of contact person for our customers – from the first briefing to the last day of the exhibitionou
You will manage projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and keeping an eye on deadlines and budgets
You will coordinate internal teams, partners and service providers around the world
You will also lend a hand when the going gets tough – hands-on , not just PowerPoint
What you bring to the table:
Experience in project management – ideally in the exhibition, event or agency environment
Structure, overview and a little talent for improvisation
Good communication skills in German & English (other languages: bonus!)
Willingness to travel for international assignments (if you want – not a must)
You like to work in a self-organised way – whether remotely, in a café or on site
